Hello Illona,

sending the CVV number is a very sensitive piece of data. Having credit card & CCV number anyone unauthorised may use my CC for any online purchases.

However: I investigated what the scale will finaly cost as it arrives at my doorstep. Starting from your offer ($209.97), German VAT (19%), Custom duties (17.5 %) and shipping& handling ($ 45) adds to a total of $ 338.59 . Also I have to drive to customs which is a total of 50 miles (time & cost).

I (we) spent a lot of time on this issue since May 26 2013 (!). This also cost a lot of money and time. This will now find its end. LYMAN sold the DPS 1200 in Europe, having a significant design problem which also represents a severe safety problem. This is not acceptable. I produce thousends of rounds per month and cannot trust my tool. I made a picture of the design problem which was obviously not understood by LYMAN. Instead you sent me an upgrade kit for the tricler which has absolutely nothing to do with the issue. I made a digital picture which I will send via separate Email so anyone can see what I mean. Assuming that you take product safety and customer satisfaction seriously you are very well aware of the problem. This is reflected in LYMAN´s later designs.

At this point there is only one option for me: I send you the problem (DPS 1200) and you send me an equivalent electronic scale at no cost for me, that does the job.

I´d be interested to know about the opinion of your upper management and kindly ask to forward this message and the picture which I will send immediately.
